Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheescake

I used to have to chug my protein shakes. I've tried several different brands, Whey powder from Costco, some expensive brand from GNC, Isogenix, one I found online targeted for women, but I was sick of chugging them every day. Now, I enjoy my shakes. I can blend them using ice and water. I really like them with frozen strawberries!

But I also like to use my shakes to curb my crazy sugar cravings. I'm talking CRAZZZZZY cravings! I usually cut out sugar and my cravings can be controlled, but I'm human, and they can get the best of me from time to time. Then, I have to cut the sugar out all over again, and I swear I have withdrawls. When this happens, I make dessert like shakes. So that's how this one came to be!

I use the frozen strawberries from Costco that are HUGE so if you're using smaller strawberries you might want to add more than 3. I like using plain Greek yogurt to make it a little bitter like cheesecake, but if you'd rather, you can use 1/2 cup of almond milk, and no water.

Try it, and let me know what you think!

  1. What are you using for container counts on this. 1.5 red for the shakeology and yogurt? 1/2 purple? Counting the pudding mix as anything?

    1. Amy, 1.5 red, 1/2-1 purple, depending on the size of the strawberries. I don't count the pudding mix.
