Kait Stoker
I am a 25 year old wife and mother to Kallie, 2, and Teagen, 9 months. On April 27th, 2015, I began 21 Day Fix, a program I will forever be grateful for and will do for the rest of my life. In February, my younger brother took his life. I had already been struggling with PPD, so life quickly became too hard to handle. I struggled with being home alone with two very young children, my house was a mess, I wasn't getting enough sleep, and I was grieving. At one point, I begged and pleaded my husband to stay home and help me with the kids. My good friend, and coach, suggested I start 21 Day Fix. After a few times of her asking, I finally tried the program. Within a week, I felt like a new me. I had the energy to clean my house, play with my children, do my 30 minute work outs, with energy left over to start cooking more. After one round, I lost 7 pounds. My second round, I lost 8 more pounds, and over 12 inches! I quickly dropped below pregnancy weight, and then became less than when we'd gotten married. I was finally reaching goals I'd had for years!
